This Portal Terms of Use ("Terms") governs the use of the MorePerson Portal (the "Portal"), operated by More Bilişim ve Danışmanlık Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("MorePerson", "the Company"), registered at Küçükbakkalköy Mah. Kayışdağı Cad. Metal İş Merkezi Kapı No:37/33, 34750 Ataşehir / İstanbul / Türkiye. These Terms apply to every registered user of the Portal, whether registering as a Client (Partner) or as a Resource. By checking the acceptance box during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of the Service. The Portal is a software platform that facilitates the management of project assignments, activity/time reporting, client approvals, invoicing records, and related administrative workflows between the Company, its Clients, and its Resources. The Portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. No Warranty. The Company makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of technical defects, bugs, or data-processing errors. Use of the Portal is at your own risk.
3. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Portal — including but not limited to technical malfunctions, service outages, data entry errors, miscalculations, delayed or failed notifications, or third-party service disruptions (e.g. hosting, email delivery). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based.
4. User Responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and data you submit through the Portal (including activity entries, approvals, and account details), and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The Company is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate data entry, unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials, or your reliance on Portal-generated reports without independent verification where material decisions are involved.
5. Availability and Changes. The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Portal at any time, and may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts access, without incurring liability for any resulting inconvenience or loss.
6. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Portal.
7. Relationship to Other Agreements. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, the Company's Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Resource User Agreement. In the event of a conflict specific to a Resource's contractual obligations, the Resource User Agreement shall govern.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of the city where the Company's registered office is located.
